1.Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: MADOYE is the manufacturer of specialize in production aluminum windows & doors, curtain wall, sunroom. MADOYE showroom and factory was located in Foshan city, Nanhai district, only 1 hour far from Guangzhou.
2.Q: Are the glass will having steam or going foggy?
A: MADOYE standard product all use 5mm double sealed insulating tempered glass,we'll use insulating glass special equipment to handle each product, so no steam or going foggy between the glass.
3.Q: What kind of hardware your company used?
A: Standard: Germany origin brand HOPO, SIEGENIA, China top brand. Depends on customer's choice.
4.Q: If I want some sample for test how to work?
A: 1) We can provide complete set of the window or door for sample test based on customer's drawing. We'll charge the sample cost and express cost for first but will return it after confirm order and deposit.
2) We can provide a small angel of window or door for sample. Customer only have afford the express cost.
5.Q: What's your company trade term & payment term?
A: Normally we'll use EXW, FOB,CIF trade term. Payment term is 40% deposit to start mass production and 60% balance paid before loading by T/T. L/C and West Union, Paypal also accept.
6.Q: This is my first time buy from China, how can I buy? What's your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is around 10 square meters. Which is easy to meet builders, distributors and family decoration buyers require.
MADOYE have much experience on exporting, we could provide importing service for customer, save money and time.
7.Q: How's the packages & loading?
A: MADOYE standard package will be use EPE+waterproof plastic film, could be save more space when loading. Also can provide bubble bag+carton+wooden case package to protect the goods.
20 container(20GP) can load 26 cubic meter,around 200 square meter product.
40 container(40HQ) can load 54 cubic meter,around 400 square meter product.
8.Q: How long for the guarantee time and after-sale service?
